REFUND | CANCELLATION
We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies.
We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:
- Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.. In this situation, we will require you to send a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
If the product is returned to us due to incorrect address issue or consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
